Order processing

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping destinations

Season Glow currently ships to Estonia, countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Available shipping methods and exact shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. As a general guide:

  • Estonia: approximately 1–5 business days
  • European Union: approximately 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: approximately 5–10 business days
  • United States: approximately 3–10 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for tracked shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and available tracking information.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless taxes or duties are explicitly collected at checkout, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos or information so that we can investigate the issue.
